New inclusive multi-age play equipment, interpretive paving elements, sand play areas, shade structures, pre-fab restroom building, seating areas, climbing boulders, sensory gardens, permeable paving, irrigation upgrades, protection of existing shade structures and trees, and new low water use trees and shrubs.
