Perry Cardoza, PLA, ASLA
President
Perry Cardoza brings over four decades of professional, award-winning landscape architecture experience defined by design leadership, innovation, and creative excellence. With more than 40 years of shaping meaningful environments, Perry approaches every project with a deep sensitivity to the art, purpose, and intent behind the landscape.
As President, he has built an enduring legacy grounded in strong relationships with clients, communities, and collaborative partners. His work spans a diverse range of project types—from intimate, detail-rich urban spaces to large-scale, environmentally focused developments that thoughtfully balance human experience with ecological integrity. At every scale, his projects reflect a commitment to design that is expressive, purposeful, and lasting.
Bob Stone, PLA, ASLA
Executive Vice President
After graduating from California State Polytechnic University in 1976, Bob joined NUVIS in 1980 as a Principal Landscape Architect and quickly took on a leadership role in expanding the firm’s presence. He led the establishment of NUVIS’ San Ramon and Las Vegas offices, helping grow both locations through the planning and design of master planned communities, community recreation facilities, and golf environments.
Bob’s impact extends beyond project success. He is known for building strong, lasting relationships across the industry—mentoring students and interns, collaborating closely with vendors and consultants, and fostering authentic partnerships within the A/E community. His responsive, respectful approach continues to shape meaningful client relationships and contribute to the firm’s enduring reputation.
