Renovation and expansion of an existing plaza, visitor center, and Great Park Balloon Launch on the former Marine Corps Air Station base including the historic Hangar 244

Aviation themed shade structures, enriched paving, ‘runway’ lighting, multi-use plaza for events, turf mounds, shade structures, interactive fountain, play area, parking lot, and relocation of an historic carousel.
