preliminary plans, design development, simulations, construction documents, and construction observation

improve 1/2 mile of streetscape with bike lanes, landscaped medians, widened sidewalks, and bulb-outs
FEATURES
iconic Hoover Dam-themed elements including gateway structure, bus stops, benches, enriched crosswalk paving, and low water colorful planting
